Newspaper and Subscription Services

Newspaper subscriptions and related services are processed based on the selected plan and delivery schedule. Once a subscription cycle has started, it cannot be returned.

Incorrect or Duplicate Purchase

If you believe a payment was made by mistake, charged twice, or linked to the wrong service, please contact us within 7 working days for verification.

Service Issues

If access to a purchased service is not activated or there is a technical issue, we will review the matter and help restore access where applicable.
